  PART 4 - A Collection of Norwegian Carpenter's Dances

  Zrada would like to thank all those who made the semi-annual pilgrimage to the King's Head pub for our Malanka/revival show!

  The evening was a great success and was made extra special by the performances of The Dirty Catfish Brass Band and 10th Avenue Freeze-Out! If you live in Winnipeg and hear of a Catfish show anywhere in town......Go! What a band and what a sound! Here is the link to their facebook page. Seriously if you don't go Vikter will track you down and feast on your juicy innards.

  All the lads in Zrada agreed that the crowd was incredible and gave us extra energy to power through our set. We especially loved seeing the usual dancefloor antics developing right in front of us: broken glasses, indecent and decent exposure, amazing uncoordinated dancing, heavy make-out sessions between humans and animals, ritual disembowelments and of course synchronized binge drinking!

  Zrada is currently planning new shows and working on new material so expect some brand new songs coming up in 2013!

  PART 3 - A New Year Beckons and sputters into action..

  So as you may know if you follow the activities of this band, we are playing a show on January 10th celebrating Ukrainian New Year's. This is a holiday known as Malanka and is very important to Ukrainian folk culture. Malanka merges ancient Pagan traditions with Christianity and is a unique holiday that has been celebrated for centuries.

  PART 2 - The Mystical Knights of the Website Contest

  Zrada thanks all those who participated in the Hidden Vikters website scavenger hunt! We appreciate all your kind words and expressions of support though the credit goes to Tynjia Soltys and her creative brain computer machine.

  After much anticipation we can safely announce that the winner of the Zrada Ultra Premium Prize Pack is the one and only Ms. Anya Whalen! Congratulations Anya and remember to tell us soon who that dinner date will be with! Currently we are chasing Nick to obtain a lock of his magical hair though he is concerned with losing his superhuman strength upon said hair clipping.

  PART 1 - THE LEGEND OF BLOG

  Welcome to your new Internet village, citizens! AND THERE'S A CONTEST!

  Welcome to our new website! We are certain that you will enjoy browsing though our new online home and are thrilled to announce a new partnership with Toronto based web-designer and artist Tynia Soltys! Ms. Soltys has been awarded an honorary doctorate from the Zrada Cultural Academy in recognition for her inspired web design work for us. Convocation details will be posted in the following months! Zrada's home on the internet finally reflects the music we play and the strange world we have created for ourselves and our fans and we are so pleased that we will now be able to share our music and art with you!

  On this webpage you will find many surprises - some strange and some terrifying - and if you dare take the plunge into the mouth of madness, you will be amply rewarded! Our mascot, Vikter the inter-dimensional Kozak, has many skeletons in his closet left over from his cloning experiments.. The ghosts of which have hidden themselves throughout our site!

  If you can correctly identity how many Vikter-clone-ghosts are haunting our site (in the likeness of the big Vikter above) and send us a reply via Facebook or email you will be entered into a draw for the Zrada Super Premium Prize Pack!
